Dieting

I need to loose weight!!!...like who doesn't?....no, but seriously....i've thinking about going on yet another diet for weeks now but i lack motivation. I have lost 60lbs in the past so know i can do it again..but man!..it's harder this time. I'm always looking for the fastest way to loose the weight...does anyone have any suggestions?....i'm almost willing to do anything....short of starving myself...i weigh more now than i did 6 weeks after giving birth 3 and a half years ago...around 30lbs more i would say...how depressing is that?.....what's up with that???......i need serious help and some kind of motivation....Help!!!!

I would love you hear of anyone's proven weight loss secrest ....so bring it on......

Oh I have no secret,....wish i did. I need to lose a LOT of weight,myself. I lack the motivation. I was doing Lesley Samsone's Walk Away the Pounds workout. It is a very fun workout..low impact, easy to do and like 18 mins long. But, our vcr broke and it's a vhs. My brother recently had a scare with heart attack like symptoms..he found out his cholesterol, sugar, etc was way high and so he made some changes to his diet. He has been eating a diabetic diet and has lost like 42lbs in just a month or so (of course, he was quite overweight too which is why he could lose so much so fast). HE also started working out.

i really think that the only surefire way to do it is to eat healthy and exercise...and darn it if that isn't any fun! Maybe you can rent or buy that work out video and start there. It's something that my daughter would even "do" with me...so it keeps them active as well. And my thoughts were that once i started working out i would have more desire to eat right..bc i wouldn't want to keep putting junk into my body to undo the hard work i was doing. I just didn't get that far before the vcr broke=(
